Krysta has been amazing since day 1. She made sure I felt comfortable and answers all my questions. I was very hesitant when I started my Brazilian as someone that has never waxed there. She reassured me and is sure to check in while she is working on an area to be sure you're comfortable. I love our chats. She's very personable. I'm loving my results as someone that has always dealt with dark coarse hair due to PCOS. I'm doing my face, Brazilian, upper thighs, buttocks, and just added on underarm.
