Accessibility Statement
1.Our commitment
DealSplash is committed to making our marketplace usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technologies.
Accessibility is not a one-time audit for us — it is an ongoing practice. We treat accessibility regressions as bugs and prioritize fixes for issues that prevent people from completing core flows like browsing, purchasing, and redeeming deals.
2.Standards we work toward
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the international standard most commonly referenced in accessibility law and procurement.
This is a target we are building toward, not a certification we have completed. We have not yet undergone a third-party accessibility audit. As we identify and resolve issues, we update this page.
3.Known limitations
We are aware of areas where our marketplace does not yet meet our own bar. Current focus areas include:
- Color contrast on some deal-page surfaces and merchant-branded palettes.
- Keyboard focus indicators on a handful of interactive elements.
- Screen reader announcements for dynamic content (filters, cart updates, countdown states).
If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from using DealSplash — whether it is on this list or not — please tell us. Reports from people who use assistive technologies are the most valuable input we have for prioritizing this work.
4.Contact us
Email support@hello.dealsplash.io to report an accessibility issue, request information in an alternative format, or share feedback.
When reporting an issue, it helps us reproduce the problem if you can include the page URL, the assistive technology and browser you are using, and a short description of what you were trying to do.
