Cream cheese spread was only spread on one side of my bagel. They missed a whole spot. It’s practically bare. I asked for more flavoring which they can do at other locations to which they didn’t even try. Not worth it in my opinion. Don’t waste your money here
If I could give them 0 start I would. I pulled up to the store on 8th of February at 6:15pm and as we were ordering through the drive though, someone else came on the mic and started SCREAMING LIKE A PSYCHO through the intercom. After we got to the window we let the lady know that it was super unprofessional and just dumb to be acting that way. After I got my coffee, they started screaming at us as we were leaving instead of saying goodbye like human being. They thought it was “funny” & “cute” which was super unprofessional. Everyone that was working tonight needs to be terminated. Super unprofessional behavior.
It took 15 MINUTES for 2 coffees and they didn’t even get one of them right. I get that it’s policy to serve the driveway first but there is no reason that 2 lattes take that long when there were a max of 2 cars. To make it worse, the workers had to nerve to act annoyed when I was still waiting after receiving one coffees and still took another 5 minutes to make the other after I had to practically tell them to do their job. Like I’m sorry that you would rather be chatting with your friends but girl has places to be and needs her coffee.
