Date Night for Two — Just $49 (Reg. $78) at National Comedy Theatre

My wife and I went to the National Comedy Theatre for Valentine’s Day, and it was such a great decision! The show was absolutely hilarious, we were laughing the entire night. The cast was quick, clever, and so good at involving the audience without making it awkward. It was the perfect mix of fun, energy, and creativity. You can tell they really love what they do. If you’re looking for a unique date night idea in San Diego, this is it. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

Great show, I think our crowd participation wasn't the greatest, but the team does the best they can with words given. (Sunday night improv show) It was our first time, but definitely not our last. Go check it, have an open mind and appreciate the talent.

If you like to laugh this place is for you. If you like shows, creativity, funny people, crying tears of joy, a good time with friends, or a unique way to enjoy San Diego, this place is for you. I've been to the evening show here probably 6 times now. You can go infinite times though because each show is unique. They take suggestions from the audience so if you like that sort of thing, come with your thinking cap on. They just might ask you what your favorite quote from a movie is and you just might completely forget on the spot and they'll pick someone else's quote because they remembered. True story. I've been with a full audience before and I've been to a show so small where I was related to most the audience - either way they do great job of hyping everyone up. I'm so confident you'll laugh that I can (definitely not) garuntee you'll get a refund if you don't. See you again soon NCT! - a fan

What a fun place to visit at a Friday or Saturday night. I really enjoyed my show. The people here are nice and friendly. The comedians are professional and funny. I love the atmosphere here. The 7:30pm show on Friday is very family friendly, which you can bring your kids to enjoy. But the one at 9:30 is unrated which is more for adults. I’ll give it a try the next time.
