What visitors love about this place
“This is one of my favorite places to stop at when I come to Big Bear. It has great shops and restaurants. I also love walking by the lake.”
“The Himalayan restaurant - best Nepalese/Indian food in the United States. We've had a lot of experts try it and agree. Then head to the CooperQ for coffee and desert. Best coffee in Big Bear Lake!”

Stopped by to get some info for hikes in the area, the ladies helped us out and gave us all the info we needed to have a great stay in big bear lake. Also picked up some great big bear merch!! Definitely worth a stop if you are visiting.
Awesome place to get info in town. The moment we walked in a woman was offering to be of assistance. Two ladies were giving information over the phone at the front desk and a man assisted us while we were looking at the pamphlets. Very helpful since some of the things we were planning were not available that day like the trolley and the Museum.
Very neat little place. Had an interactive map of the area on the inside as well as staff who were super friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed.
I totally enjoy it We like it a lot To many little stores I purchase a scorpion 🦂 and a cristal ball All the store the workers very friendly And happy I feel really good about it Everyone who like to come will love it 🌹🌸🌸
Used it to get a trail map and local recommendations. I picked up a parks parking pass 5.00 for a daily, and was on my way. BTW: Military should bring your national parks pass off you have one to get free parking pass.
