I've been to In-N-Out locations in CA, CO, and now TN. The company's commitment to quality really shows because no matter which location I visit, no matter the state, it always tastes the same. The Franklin, TN location however; they REALLY put a lot of thought into the parking situation. I kid you not, the parking lot looks as big as a football field. It's like the city thought a theme park was being built instead of an In-N-Out, lol. The food was fantastic as always. All I need is a Double Double with no onions and a Neopolitan shake and I'm happy as a clam. If you're in the area, DEFINITELY go. Even if the wait time looks crazy, the staff really knows how to move things along. I'd honestly be interested to see who moves customers faster, In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A.

First time here. The drive through line was crazy. Decided to go in. Crazy in there as well. Was seriously questioning if it was going to be worth the hype. It was. We both do high protein, low carb. They had options! You can do a unless burger, called The Flying Dutchman. Or, you can do Protein Style, burger wrapped in lettuce. Great experience even with the wait. Employees were all very friendly and helpful.

Came here from Huntsville, AL to try this place and it was great! There was a long line to dine in so we decided to go in the drive thru. We were surprised the drive thru was moving quickly and our food was correct considering how packed and busy they were. My friend got the double cheeseburger with animal style fries and I got a regular cheeseburger with well done fries. The well done fries were crispy and my friends animal style fries did get soft after a few minutes but that was expected since people made comments to ask for well done if you want them to stay crispy with the animal style fries. Overall, It was very good, very reasonable priced, and I would definitely come here again!
